SHAN Digital Scales and our 
811-2 LCD DRO from Stellar Systems 
on the Legacy Woodmill really take the guesswork out of running this machine.

 

Here are some photos from one of our customers showing the application of SHAN digital scales onto the Legacy Woodmill. The Z axis uses a SHAN 271-520 6" vertical scale and the Y Axis has a SHAN 271-535 12" scale. The X is using a special SHAN  270 horizontal scale prototype similar to our BC50 for the Biesemeyer rip fence and a Stellar Systems DRO unit.

This machine is using the 811-2 LCD DRO, from Stellar Systems, to display the position of the carriage on the x axis A clear display provides resolution of .0005" provides you with the accuracy  that makes this machine a dream to operate.
